"I thought I'd send Alyssa's picture because I've been meaning to share it with you! She just eats it up, she's very much a mimic right now and yoga is a favorite.

Alyssa's favorite pose is Downward Facing Dog. She likes it because she can do it by herself. She also uses it to save her pride when she trips and falls forward...she picks herself up into the pose and says "Down Dog!" as if that's what she meant to do!

Down Dog has been Alyssa's favorite pose since she was 11 months and everyone who sees it thinks she's amazing. Then I tell them all about Yoga for babies :)"
